- Photo ID required at gate for check in, the community also requires a guest registration to be filled out at time of booking.

- NOTE: The property requires stairs to enter and stairs are required to access the loft

- NOTE: Additional fees for certain community amenities can be paid on-site

- NOTE: One free parking pass will be provided. An additional parking pass will be a $25 fee. (The community charges per vehicle, we will cover the cost of one guest vehicle. 

- NOTE: If purchasing a second car pass, be aware the condo only has one assigned space.  The second vehicle may be parked just down the road at the clubhouse.  We need to know this in advance so security can be notified.
