About The Owners

Nichole and Jim reside in Asheville North Carolina. Neither grew up sailing but they both had a lifelong goal of learning the craft and one day owning their own boat. In their early 30's they finally took their first lesson and were instantly hooked. A few weeks later they purchased their first sailboat and decided Lake Keowee was undoubtedly where their new vessel would be calling home.

The beauty they found at Lake Keowee was like nothing they had ever seen, with the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains in the background combined with the incredibly clear water, it just couldn't be beat. After years of sailing these waters their love for this area has done nothing but grow. Their goal was to one day purchase a condo to utilize as a short-term rental and share this amazing escape with others.

After many years of hard work, they were fortunate enough to purchase this end-unit upper-level condo in Keowee Key.
